About the event
Join us for a special 2-part event hosted by Matcha Mornings and PotteryChicago! In this creative and community-centered workshop, you’ll have the chance to craft your very own matcha bowl, while also enjoying a delicious matcha café experience provided by Alexa from Matcha Mornings.
Class 1: 🗓 Date: Sunday, April 13th🕒 Time: 12 PM – 2 PM📍 You’ll get hands-on and learn how to throw your own matcha bowl on the pottery wheel, with guidance from our instructors. After shaping your bowl, enjoy a relaxing matcha drink and connect with others in a creative environment.
Class 2 (optional): 🗓 Date: Any day we are open between April 20th and May 20th
Return for the second session, where you'll personalize your matcha bowl with beautiful food-safe glazes. Our team will ensure your creation is carefully glazed and fired, ready for pickup in 10-21 days.
