If you are contacting us about pickup please read this first+
Glazed your piece in the studio? It's ready for pickup in 10 days. We don't send an email — schedule a time that works for you at thepotteryloop.com/pickup.
Made something but didn't glaze it? If staff glazing was included in your booking, those pieces are ready in 3 weeks and you can schedule here.
We hold pieces for 60 days after glazing. After that we remove them to make room for the next round of student work — please pick up as soon as you are able.

We do not have a phone number. We coordinate all bookings and inquiries via email — it helps us best serve you (hard to take calls when hands are covered in clay).

No dedicated parking, but plenty of street parking along Ravenswood Ave — just check signage. Many areas along Ravenswood Ave have free parking after 5pm on weekdays and free parking on weekends — just allow time to find a spot since we don't have dedicated parking.
