September 6-Week Pottery Course — Wednesdays
Overview
This 6-week pottery course is perfect for anyone looking to start a new hobby, refine their skills, and meet like-minded people! You'll create functional, personalized pieces while learning both wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques. Classes meet Wednesdays at 6:30 PM with flexible glazing anytime in October (Oct 1–31). Week 2 is coil building mugs, and week 5 goes back on the wheel to refine every technique from the first four weeks. Courses are kept small, at 14 students, to ensure personalized instruction. Most students finish 5–6 final pieces (maximum of 6 to ensure kiln space). All tools and materials are included, with the option to purchase a personal tool kit for $20.
