Pickup

We fire it, and all pieces are ready for pickup 10 days after glazing. Schedule a pickup time that works for you within 60 days.

Refund and transfer policy

All sales are final and no refunds are offered. You may transfer your booking to another date or to another person with at least 72 hours' notice before the workshop start time. No changes within 72 hours; no refunds for anyone who does not show.
