One plate, two jobs: a wide shallow well for chips and a smaller raised cup for the dip, joined so nothing slides around when the bowl gets passed. You'll roll and cut the slab, shape the rim by hand, and build the dip cup separately before scoring and joining it — that join is the whole trick, and we'll show you how to make it hold. The rim is where people get personal: press a texture into it, scallop it, or leave it clean. 2 workshops included, one price. Workshop 1 is making: two hours, tools and clay included, instructors moving around the room rather than demoing at the front. Workshop 2 is glazing: come back for a fun BYOB night out to add your designs and make your plate food safe. Only have time for one class? Choose staff glazing instead and we'll glaze it for you in the color you pick. If something comes up and you'd prefer staff glazing, we can absolutely change it, just let us know in studio. We fire everything for you. It's the piece guests pick up and turn over.
